My Year of Adventure -- 19 for 2019

I have a confession to make.  I am currently obsessed with Gretchen Rubin, author of The Happiness Project and host of the podcast Happier.  She gives helpful insight and practical advice on how to change little things to make your life happier.  I catch myself talking about Gretchen Rubin constantly so if you don't want to hear about my current happiness project, it might be a good idea to stay away from me for a little while.

Inspired by her podcast, I chose "Purpose" to be my theme of 2018 and made an 18 for 2018 list (below).  It's more or less a bucket list for the year.  I didn't cross everything off the list, but I did do better than I normally do on resolutions.

18 for 2018
1)  Don’t Miss a Family Birthday Party
2) Finish 1 Book Each Month
3) Finish Wedding Scrapbook
4) Finish Wedding Thank You Notes
5) Get My Real Estate License
6) Go Fishing
7)Go on a Weekend Adventure
8) Go Paddle Boarding
9) Go to the Dentist
10)    Go to the Eye Doctor
11)    Host a Dinner Party
12)   Learn How to Meditate
13)   Learn the Words to Ice Ice Baby
14)   Make 2 New Friends
15)   Make Bed Every Day
16)   Master the InstaPot
17)   Run the PCB Marathon
18)    Take a Yoga Class

For 2019, my theme for the year is "Adventure."  I want to explore new places and have new fun, but I also want to see each challenge, each opportunity, each day as an adventure.  I made my 19 for 2019 list, and I'm excited to get started.  If you have any suggestions, tips, advice, or encouragement on how to help me get all 19 of these scratched off my list, I would appreciate it!

Now my question for you is what are your goals for 2019?  What are your plans and strategies to accomplish your goals?  Do you have a theme for the year?  Do you have a 19 for 2019 list that you would like to share?

I hope this helps you in some way, and I hope you find yourself a little bit happier.
